What happens if I make a mistake when placing an order?

We are happy to help you. We can always help you edit an order or cancel for you to place a new one. Just make sure that you reach us immediately before we purchase a shipping label. Once a shipping label is purchased we will not be able to make any changes. 

Can I cancel an order?

Absolutely. We can always cancel an order if a shipping label has not been purchased on our side. Make sure you reach us immediately, since we try to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

At the moment we are not accepting returns or exchanges. 

We recommend that you measure your pet carefully before placing an order. Our size chart has specific measurements that can help you choose the right size for your pet. Make sure to account for your pet's fluff as well as how fast they grow up. Please, please, please size up if you are unsure of sizing. 

If there is something wrong with your order please contact us at woofstoryandco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you. 

Keep in mind that our products are handmade and no two pieces will be identical. Our pieces are unique and custom made for you. 

Shipping Info

Our processing time is 10 business days, for multiple custom products up to 14 days. 

Processing time is not the same as shipping time. We try to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible. However, our processing time depends on how many orders we are working with. 

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders $50+ or pay a flat rate of $5.00.

We offer free shipping on Canada orders $75+.

We do offer worldwide shipping for our international friends, but we want to let you know that we are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply. 

Care Instructions

Please supervise your pet when wearing our accessories, we are not responsible for any damage made during playtime.

We recommend to wash by hand and air dry. Okay to iron.
